Kyle Sherman was elected the representative of his graduating class which included mass tort litigators, capital offense defenders and a two time National Trial Lawyer of the Year.Kyle Sherman is a former board member of the F Warriors, which is a group of Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer College Alumni who are committed to the jury system and to representing and obtaining justice for individuals. The F Warriors represent the poor, the injured, the forgotten, the voiceless, the defenseless and the damned, protecting the rights of such people from corporate and government oppression. Kyle Sherman has continued his training with the Gerry Spence group several times a year, traveling to Wyoming, California, Texas and Colorado.

Kyle Sherman is also an instructor for Trojan Horse,  a group that travels the country teaching lawyers to deliver their client’s story in a way that is memorable, compelling, and emotionally congruent.  The method is specific, detailed, efficient and challenges trial lawyers to push themselves to the limit by intense training that is critiqued and videotaped.  What is especially rewarding about his role as an instructor, as he teaches he is also critiqued, challenging Kyle to grow with every trial lawyer he trains.
